The South East Association for Special Parks And Recreation (SEASPAR) is hosting its 16th annual Summer Golf Classic fundraiser on Friday, July 13. The golf tournament will take place at the Village Greens of Woodridge. Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m. with a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start.
The format is a four-person team scramble. Individuals not in a foursome will be paired. Each player receives a box lunch, giveaways, and complimentary range and putting green use. An awards ceremony, buffet dinner, and raffle follow the tournament.
Tickets for the golf outing are $150 per person and include golf, lunch, and dinner. Tickets for the dinner only are available for $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased online at SEASPAR.org.
Organizations and individuals are also invited to sponsor the golf outing. Sponsorship opportunities are available for dollar amounts from $50 to $1,250.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic will be used to support SEASPAR’s recreational programs and services for individuals with disabilities served by the park districts of Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, La Grange, La Grange Park, Lemont, Lisle, Westmont, and Woodridge, and the villages of Brookfield, Indian Head Park, and Western Springs.
The Village Greens of Woodridge is an 18-hole championship golf course in a picturesque setting, located at 1575 West 75th Street in Woodridge.
